Eniola Oyegunle
Founder
Eniola is an IT professional and passionate advocate for neurodiversity inclusion. She utilises her lived experience as a mother of two neurodivergent sons to champion inclusivity both in workplaces and communities. Inspired by her journey raising her first son, Eniola authored A Champion Speaks: My Son’s Journey to 10 Years and Thriving Beyond the Label — a heartfelt and empowering reflection that offers hope and strategies to parents navigating similar paths. Her experiences led her to found Thriving Beyond the Label, as raising her children has taught her to cherish the uniqueness of each individual, a value she actively advocates. She is passionate about supporting families raising neurodivergent children, understanding firsthand the challenges involved.
